Receptionist and Administration job summary

Gilbert Inglefield Academy are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing school. The ideal candidate will ideally have school reception/administration experience. Candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, patient and have the ability to work as part of a team.

You should also have excellent IT skills, be well organised and have a professional approach and attitude to work. A certificate in first aid is also essential however training will be provided.

The hours are 8am - 4pm x 3 days per week and 8.15am - 4pm x 2 days per week. NJC pay scale 6-8 FTE 23893 - 24702
