Receptionist and Administrative Assistant job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist/administrator with a working knowledge of ICT to be the front face of our school Reception office on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:00am – 3:30pm.
No day is ever the same, so you will need to be organised, flexible and able to juggle many tasks in our busy school office! The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school so a cheerful and approachable disposition is essential. Familiarity with SIMS.net is an advantage but not essential.
This is a term time only post and is for immediate start.
