Receptionist/Assistant Administrator job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and brilliant Receptionist/Assistant Administrator to join our friendly office team at Hayfield Cross Church of England School, to be the welcoming face of the school. This is a very busy role and duties will vary day-to-day, but our successful candidate will ultimately undertake specific areas of responsibility, (see attached job description) and as allocated by the School Business Manager. The role would suit someone that has school office experience but training can be offered, including in First Aid. Ideally, our successful candidate will be personable, with excellent organisation skills and confident with dealing with members of staff, parents and pupils. Basic IT skills are essential for this role.
This is a permanent, part time opportunity offering an actual salary of £8,388.64 (FTE £18,562) based on 20 hours per week, Term Time. 8.00am - 12.00pm Mon-Fri. The successful candidate will join us as soon as possible
