What skills and experience we're looking for

Northern Education Trust, Dyke House Academy is seeking to appoint a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering administrative support and provide a professional and efficient reception service for the academy. Main duties of the role will include; answering all incoming calls to the academy and dealing with them efficiently and effectively. You will be greeting and dealing with visitors to the academy, ensuring all visitors are recorded and are issued with correct ID lanyards following the safeguarding procedures. You will be responsible for organising appointments, maintaining an academy diary with all external guests.
