Part Time
(The school is flexible regarding hours, minimum 15 hours, maximum 30 hours)
CLPT04 to CLPT06 - £24,404 (full time equivalent)
Actual Pay will be pro rata dependant on hours worked
Heath Park School is looking for someone who is able to create a friendly, warm and welcoming environment for all students, staff and visitors. Having some previous school experience is essential.
The role:
Update ARBOR systems daily
Ensure files are stored securely in the reception area
Be the first point of contact for all visitors
Direct enquiries to relevant school staff and contacts
Handle all enquiries face to face and over the phone
General school office administration
Assist with school events
Attend meetings and take minutes when required
Be committed to the safeguarding of the school community and promote it effectively
What you'll need to succeed:
5 GCSEs 9-4 (A-C) (including Maths and English)
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and professional manner
Proactive approach and positive attitude
Understand Child Protection and Safeguarding and be proactive in implementing it
In this post you will be the first point of contact so must be professional, polite and efficient at all times.
