An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and inspirational Inclusion department as Student Behaviour Administrator at our outstanding school in the heart of Yorkshire. We are looking to recruit a receptionist who will join our Administration Team, you will be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise your workload, have excellent communication and administrative skills. You would be the first point of contact for the Academy and as such you will have outstanding personable skills with excellent attention to detail to ensure that every visitor, student and colleague has an exceptional experience. The ability to work on your own initiative and within team is key to supporting our students, visitors and colleagues.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment. Strong IT skills specifically in Google are essential. Training will be provided on our management information system. The successful candidates will be a team player with a proactive approach to work. Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the Academy’s students is crucial.
