Receptionist (part time Wed - Fri 8am - 4pm) job summary

We are looking for a friendly, organised and passionate person, who will be working as part of a supportive and dedicated team in providing a welcoming and efficient reception service. With an enthusiastic and helpful approach, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the reception and administrative service and support of the Leadership and Management of the school.
As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming and positive experience for parents and visitors, responding to calls and enquiries in a professional and prompt manner. A flexible attitude towards work is essential, along with an ability to communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and visitors to the school. You must have the ability to work using your own initiative and as an effective team member and be well organised. You should have a strong customer service ethos and be able to cope with conflicting demands.
