We are looking for an exceptional receptionist based at E-ACT Perry Court Academy.
Key responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to provide and effective reception and administrative service to Academy staff, students and visitors Key Accountabilities:
- Delivering an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail
- Undertaking clerical duties related to the post such as production of letters, reports and other documents as requested using relevant ICT packages such as spreadsheets, databases, Word, internet and SIMS
- Processing school dinners, full responsibility of the running of school dinners, receiving payment and monitoring non payments
- Reconciling of trip income from payments received and reconciliations to class lists.
- Communication to parents via the text message and email service as and when required

Pay range: SCP 2 to SCP 3 - £11,828.00 - £12,013.50 FTE £23,656.00 to £24,027.00
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good qualifications in both English and Maths
- Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite to intermediate level or above
- Experience of administrative or secretarial work
- Experience of working front of house/reception
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity around information
