Receptionist
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm
Weeks: 40 weeks per year (38 weeks of school term time plus 2 weeks in August)
Holiday: Pro rata entitlement of 28 days plus bank holidays taken during periods of school closure
Salary: Orbis pay scale 7-11 (£22,071 - £23,614 FTE), actual pro rata salary £19,652.29 - £21,026.20 per annum
Pension: Generous local government pension scheme from day 1 of employment
We are seeking a positive, proactive and confident person to join our busy student services team. You will provide high quality support across the College to subject faculties, the business operations functions as well as to other college stakeholders.
Applicants should be organised, self-confident and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills along with the ability to multitask. We are especially keen to interview candidates with high levels of skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
The successful applicant will be morally aligned to our whole school ethos, have a positive, adaptable approach and have the ability to create strong relationships with both students and staff.
