Receptionist job summary

We are looking for a cheerful and professional Receptionist to join our school office to provide a welcoming and positive environment for the pupils, staff, parents and visitors to the school. The successful applicant will be used to working in a busy office, be IT literate and adept at problem-solving, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong organisational and administration skills.

Hours: 27.5 hours per week, term time (10am to 4pm Monday to Friday) plus 5 inset days and 2 weeks worked across school holidays as required
