What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing eye-catching job adverts, recruitment and social media campaigns.

  • Working with our senior leaders and leading innovative campaigns to attract top talent.

  • Maximising our applicant tracking system (ATS) and producing KPI data to inform recruitment and retention decisions.

  • Representing us at events and fairs.

  • Implementing and delivering our recruitment and retention plan alongside our HR Team.
