What you’ll be doing:
Developing eye-catching job adverts, recruitment and social media campaigns.
Working with our senior leaders and leading innovative campaigns to attract top talent.
Maximising our applicant tracking system (ATS) and producing KPI data to inform recruitment and retention decisions.
Representing us at events and fairs.
Implementing and delivering our recruitment and retention plan alongside our HR Team.
