Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a talented individual to help foster a caring and supportive learning environment for our young people. Your experience of pastoral care will place our learners’ welfare at the heart of the school.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community.
You will have:
- Level 3 qualification (NVQ Level 3 or A Level).
- Proven track record of securing a successful and positive culture.
- Experience of leading behaviour.
- The ability to embrace, adopt and put in to practice the Trust’s approach to behaviour management.
- The ability to develop, maintain and nurture positive professional relationships and work effectively with staff of varying experience.

Tong Leadership Academyis a state-of-the-art secondary school for 11 to 18 year olds in Bradford. We joined Star Academies in 2016 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.
