You will work closely with Heads of Year, the safeguarding team, and wider pastoral staff to ensure our students are supported both emotionally and academically. • Coordinate detentions and behaviour intervention strategies
  • Monitor student equipment, uniform, and pastoral interventions
  • Support the delivery of after-school provision and behaviour mentoring
  • Be a visible presence during breaktimes, lesson changeovers, and throughout the day
  • Contribute to school events and work with SLT and wider pastoral staff to promote student well-being and aspiration
  • Maintain accurate records using SIMS, CPOMS, and Class Charts
  • Promote and uphold safeguarding practices at all times

  • Passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Emotionally resilient, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in working with young people and/or families
  • Knowledgeable of safeguarding and inclusion practices in schools
  • Organised, flexible, and a positive role model for students
