Applicants should be confident, articulate and with a strong personality to enable them to deal with pupils in a variety of situations, sometimes challenging and be able tobuild and maintain mutually respectful relationships with staff and pupils alike is essential. The successful candidate will be relentless and uncompromising in securing excellent outcomes for all pupils.
