Reflection Room Manager job summary

As a key member of the school’s pastoral team, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Isolation Room, working closely with students, teachers and other school staff.

The successful applicant will be experienced in working with young people with the ability to lead by example. Candidates must be enthusiastic, positive and committed to building strong professional relationships with children and adults. You will need to be motivated, have a flexible and calm approach and be able to respond to the needs of the school. Faringdon Community College (FCC) is a successful and well-established 11-18 co-educational secondary comprehensive school, which embraces the idea of lifelong learning and community education.
