What skills and experience we're looking for
The role
As Regional Director, you will have responsibility for an all through Academy and three Secondary Academies, overseeing and leading school improvement – including building the character and competence of our students through the context of their community. The role is also about ensuring that we remain focused on our vision and Ethos and fulfilling our responsibilities to regulators, to our staff and to our communities.
As line manager of Principals, the Region/Cluster, you will be accountable for the educational standards and outcomes. You will draw on your wealth of experience to ensure that every Academy – whatever its starting point – continues to improve on its journey to Outstanding, securing improvement and exceeding expectations.
