Location: Hybrid - remote working and office based within either the South Eastern Regional Office at Greensward Academy (Hockley) or North Eastern Regional Office at New Rickstones Academy (Witham) with travel to academies as required.

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional HR Advisor to join our team and provide expert HR support to our 12 academies in the East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive, customer focused HR service, ensuring our academies have the resources and guidance they need to thrive.
