- Full time: 37 hours per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm Tuesday or Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm with the other day being 8:00am - 4:00pm (includes 30 mins unpaid break each day)

- Actual salary: £21,032 - £23,257 Based on: £23,893- £26,421

What skills and experience we're looking for
Essential
-Excellent literacy and numeracy skills (minimum of grade
4/C at GCSE or equivalent) in both English Language
and Maths
-A commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of
students
-Experience of working in an educational organisation or
similar professional setting
-Good working knowledge of basic IT skills
-An understanding of alternative school provision and
agencies that work with young people that exhibit
challenging behaviour
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to
engage/motivate young people

Bournside is the largest comprehensive 11-18 school in Gloucestershire. Bournside is a mixed, non-denominational academy school for students aged 11 to 18. It is located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. It settled in its current location of Warden Hill in the early part of the 1970s and converted to academy status in 2011.
