Relief School Meals/Midday Supervisor job summary

We wish to appoint a caring, enthusiastic person to join our Relief Team. This is a part time role, working term time only (on request). Please note that there are no guaranteed hours with this role. The relief position covers sickness and absence in school. You will be placed on our relief list, and we will contact you as and when needed.

New Whittington Primary School is based towards the centre of Chesterfield, close to motorway and travel links. We tke pride in being a forward thinking friendly school. We would like to appoint a caring and enthusiastic person to join our Midday Supervisory team.

Working alongside our Midday team, the relief role is part time (1 hour 10 mins each day), term time only, you would be based at either the Junior School, or Infant School site.

The role involves a variety of tasks, supervising playground activities, organising activities, supporting the catering team with the movement of furniture and some cleaning duties, first aid, day to day reporting,

The post would require candidates to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check, and provide two references.
