Religious Studies and Sociology Teacher job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, innovative and well qualified Teacher of RS and Sociology at this very successful expanding 11-18 girls’ grammar school in Reading. Applicants need to be able to teach RS throughout the school and A Level Sociology. This position would suit either an experienced or newly qualified teacher. Kendrick School has a very good track record of developing NQTs and the successful candidate would be joining a supportive and very experienced department.
Kendrick School is a centre of academic excellence with a track record of high performance and achievement. RS and Sociology are both popular and highly valued subjects at Kendrick School. A significant number of students take Philosophy and/or Sociology at A Level and a good proportion continue to study the subjects at prestigious universities.
