What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and deliver innovative and exciting teaching and learning, and drive the curriculum into the future. RS sits within the Humanities Faculty where all teachers are experienced specialists who work collaboratively to support and share ideas. The RS curriculum is taught in KS3 – KS5. RS is a popular Option subject and benefits from a wide range of trips to enrich learning. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving faculty and growing school. ECTs are welcome to apply.

Trinity School in Newbury, West Berkshire, is the lead school in the Newbury Academy Trust; Fir Tree Primary School and Speenhamland Primary School are part of our Trust. We provide an exciting and innovative curriculum for students, as well as many exciting enrichment opportunities. We are a comprehensive school, established in 1999, located on the Northern edge of Newbury. We became an Academy in August 2012. There are over 1100 students on roll, including 140 students in the Sixth Form.
