Reprographics/Administration Assistant job summary
The Dean Trust is seeking to appoint a talented high-quality, efficient, and professional reprographics and administrative support service to all staff within the school. This includes managing the daily operations of the reprographics department, ensuring that all printed and copied materials are produced to a high standard, within agreed deadlines, and in a cost-effective manner.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. In addition to reprographics duties, the role will involve providing general administrative support to the wider team, particularly during periods of high demand or staff absence.
The post holder must ensure confidentiality, comply with copyright regulations, and maintain accurate records to support effective departmental planning and budgeting.

We are looking for a Administration/ Reprographics Assistant who is ready to join a committed staff body and a caring school community.
- This exciting opportunity will suit a candidate who has the following qualities, knowledge and skills:
- To have education to at least GCSE level or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics A*-C.
- Have experience of managing own workload, monitoring performance and ensuring optimum use of resources and systems available
- To have experience of producing accurate and timely reports
- To have experience of working with reprographics equipment
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Knowledge in all aspects of running and managing a Reprographics Department
- Managing a diverse and varied workload, prioritising on a regular basis
- Have the ability to undertake further training and development as required
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
- To have the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- To have the ability to handle confidential issues and materials sensitively and appropriately
- An ability to work meticulously with attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to work co-operatively as part of a small team
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision
- Flexibility and ability to cope with a wide range of tasks in a busy and changing environment
- Excellent time keeping and record of attendance
