What skills and experience we're looking for
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious Reprographics& Administration Assistant to join our fantastic team at Chorlton High School. This role will start upon successful completion of the onboarding process.
This is a Grade 3 permanent post, working 35 hours per week working all year round. The starting salary is £23,114.
Main purpose of the job
- To support the provision of an efficient and timely reprographics service for the school, ensuring excellent quality and managing deadlines.
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to the school.
- To ensure an effective and responsive administration service is provided to all staff, partners and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- To work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support pupil wellbeing.
Key relationships
The post holder will report to the Senior School Administrator. Apart from other colleagues in the school, the main contacts of the job are the head teacher, teaching and other support staff, pupils and parents/carers.
