Reprographics Administrator job summary

Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Reprographics Administrator, with vision, drive and energy to be responsible for in-house reprographics and provide administrative support to the administration and attendance teams.
The department is part of a well led, dynamic team, whose colleagues all enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students. In addition, the appointed candidate will undertake reception duties, answering routine telephone call and face to face enquiries and also signing in visitors.
This position is suitable as a placement for a university student. The ideal candidate will have a good basic education including GCSE level C/4+ in English and Maths and an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an Administration related subject. You will be an ambitious professional and will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
