Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday-Thursday and
08:30-16:00 Friday (30-minute unpaid break)

We are
looking for a positive and committed Reprographics and Administration Assistant to join Lawn
Manor Academy on a permanent, full-time basis.
The
main job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operate and maintain print and associated equipment, including arranging repairs as required.
- Inform the line manager of resources that may need ordering.
- Produce printed and copied documents to meet the needs of the school, ensuring they are within Trust brand guidelines.
- Undertake routine administrative tasks, including supporting the receptionist.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Have 5 GCSE's, including core subjects, and an NVQ level 3 qualification, or equivalent.
- Be experienced in Microsoft Office and Arbor.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Work with complete confidentiality.
- Hold a current First Aid at Work certificate (or be willing to undertake training.)
