Reprographics and Displays (Administration Dept) job summary
Reepham High School and College is located 12 miles North-West of Norwich. It has approximately 1100 students in total, including 240 students in the sixth form, known as Reepham College. The school services a very wide catchment area of nearly 400 square kilometres and 85% of our young people travel by bus.
The school is a true comprehensive school with pupils of all abilities and backgrounds.
This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent and self-motivated individual to join our administration team and make a strong contribution in promoting our school’s high standards in all areas of school life. Our Reprographics and Displays administrator will manage and produce high-quality printed material and visual displays. Key responsibilities will include operating and maintaining copiers and printers, using design software to create documents, producing materials for displays and related administrative tasks, alongside supporting other members of the administration and support staff team. The successful candidate will be proactive and have excellent organisational skills, use Microsoft Office systems with confidence, have excellent communication skills, including a high standard of written communication, grammar, and spelling, alongside the ability to be flexible and respond effectively to the unexpected!
