What skills and experience we're looking for
Experience
Use of ICT applications including Microsoft 365 packages e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint etc. (Essential)
Experience within a busy administration environment (Essential)
Previous experience of working within an educational establishment (Desirable)
Experience of liaising with outside agencies or other professionals (Essential)
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and balance priorities, maintaining high standards whilst working accurately and effectively. (Essential)
Skills
A sound understanding of reprographics technology (Desirable)
Attention to detail in relation to the layout and production of documents and brochures (Essential)
Word processing and ICT skills and the ability to use a range of software packages (Essential)
Excellent standard of grammar, punctuation and spelling (Essential)
Good time management and prioritisation skills (Essential)
