Reprographics Assistant (Internal Applicants Only) job summary
Start date: 6th January 2025
Hours: 15 hours per week. 3 hour per day
Time: 8.30 – 9.30am Morning session allows for time to repair/report any photocopying machine issues.
1.45 – 3.45pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Weeks: Term time (38 weeks)
Job Description and Purpose To ensure that staff at all levels are supported with:
To ensure that staff at all levels are supported with:
- Laminating of all required documents.
- Photocopying of all required documents, including booklets and examination papers.
- Provide and distribute to staff A4 or A3 paper/card - on a monthly basis calculate the amount department uses and pass information onto Finance Office.
- All request to be actioned in a timely manner, by the requested deadline.
- Cover Forms: Held in the Social Staff Room - ensure that there is always an adequate supply.
- Ring Binding: Provide this service, should it be required.
- To ensure that the Resources Room is always kept tidy.
- Carry out work professionally and maintain confidentially at all times.
- Order all necessary photocopying paper and stationery from the finance Office for the Resources Room.
- Request Site Staff to bring paper from the storage,
- Ensure that the photocopiers throughout the school (except for the Science Department) are stock sufficiently with paper.
The duties may be varied by the Headteacher and/or Director of Operations and/or Deputy Head (Curriculum) to meet changed circumstances in a manner compatible with the post held.
