What skills and experience we're looking for

THE ROLE

Stradbroke High School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Reprographics Assistant to join our school.

The professional competencies expected of a technician & first aider are:

  • Ability to solve straightforward problems
  • Exchange information with pupils, teachers and other technicians
  • Produce documents to a high standard in accordance with the requirements of staff and within the deadline specified.
  • Arrange for reprographic equipment repairs and services
  • Order stock and check stock deliveries and refer any queries to finance team as required.
  • Provide administrative support within the main office as required
  • Provide first aid for students as part of a rota

The qualifications and previous experience required are:

  • A good level of literacy and numeracy
  • Knowledge of computer systems e.g. Microsoft, email
  • Maintain simple records, e.g. supplies, stock debits
