What skills and experience we're looking for
THE ROLE
Stradbroke High School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Reprographics Assistant to join our school.
The professional competencies expected of a technician & first aider are:
- Ability to solve straightforward problems
- Exchange information with pupils, teachers and other technicians
- Produce documents to a high standard in accordance with the requirements of staff and within the deadline specified.
- Arrange for reprographic equipment repairs and services
- Order stock and check stock deliveries and refer any queries to finance team as required.
- Provide administrative support within the main office as required
- Provide first aid for students as part of a rota
The qualifications and previous experience required are:
- A good level of literacy and numeracy
- Knowledge of computer systems e.g. Microsoft, email
- Maintain simple records, e.g. supplies, stock debits
