This is an exciting time to join us as it provides a great opportunity to work closely with the other three High Schools in the MAT – Bury C of E High School, Canon Slade School and Bolton St Catherine’s Academy; sharing good practice and building on our ongoing progress.


Main Duties:

To work under the direction of the Office Manager:

  • To provide the service of day-to-day printing, copying and finishing requirements to all school staff using a wide range of equipment.
  • To be confident in the use of printers, laminators, guillotines, binders and other finishing machines. 
  • To be thorough and methodical, able to prioritise requests and work to deadlines.
  • To log copying requests into and out of the reprographics department, record job details and be able to track the progress of reprographics requests. 
  • To help prepare designs and layout for print runs.

  

The successful candidate will be someone who:

  • have a conscientious and diligent work ethic
  • be flexible and able to multi-task
  • be willing to undertake training and work flexibly to meet the demands of a continuously improving organisation
  • actively share what works well and seeks to explore ways to improve their own and others’ practice
  • demonstrate personal resilience and role models those personal qualities we wish to instill in our young people

 

The working hours will be:

Monday & Friday: 08:30am – 14:00pm

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 08:30am – 12:30pm
