Part time: The post is for 18 hours per week based on 8.15am to 14.15pm 3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday term time (38 weeks) plus 5 staff learning days; equalling 39 weeks per annum.

Pay scale

Starting salary for a full-time post is £25,583 to £26,403, starting point depending on experience and qualifications. Actual salary for the hours / weeks worked will be in the range of £10,782 to £11,127 subject to any continuous service.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a Reprographics Technician to join our busy administrative team. The post holder will be responsible for managing the school’s reprographics service, ensuring high-quality and timely production of printed and digital materials to support teaching, learning and administrative functions. This role is key to supporting staff and students by providing an efficient, reliable and well-organised service, including the preparation of classroom resources and examination materials. The post holder will also contribute to maintaining stock levels, managing equipment and supporting other administrative processes where required.

The post holder will be expected to work alone proactively, managing competing deadlines and priorities effectively to ensure a high-quality service within the reprographics function. A commitment to improving systems, processes and service delivery will also be essential.
