Experience

  • Experience of mentoring ( Desirable)

Skills, Ability, Knowledge

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of relevant policies including safeguarding, health and safety, data protection, etc

  • Ability to manage change and to adapt to unexpecting demands

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Good organisational skills

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum ( Desirable)

We have a rare opportunity for a Reset Centre Manager who is required to coordinate, organise and supervise the Reset Centre to ensure the efficient and effective running of the centre in order to maximise the educational achievement of students. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school environment, supporting students and making a difference to young people’s lives.

We are looking for someone with a passion for working with young people with an empathetic yet assertive personality. You will need to demonstrate a positive attitude towards work along with resilience to working in challenging environments.

The successful candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Your organisation and problem solving skills will enable you to work efficiently and effectively, using your own initiative.
