What skills and experience we're looking for

We have exciting opportunities forResidential Childcare Officers - Key Worker to join the team at Linden Bridge School. The successful candidatewill be responsible for those pupils boarding in the Residential department at the school.Key responsibilities will include drafting and carrying out Risk Assessments, facilitatingEHCP target workwhere applicable and the personal care of each pupil. Working as part of the Residential team, they will be required to plan and oversee activities for the pupils, which could involve travel off-site, with the assistance of the Part-Time Child Care Officers.

The post-holder will work alongside the Residential Staff Team to ensure the welfare of the children and young people boarding at the school. They will maintain confidentiality in and outside of the workplace, and be pro-active in matters of health and safety.

Originally part of the LIFT Partnership Multi Academy Trust, a family of schools who work together to use and share a wide range of expertise and services, LIFT Partnership has now merged with The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) from March 2021.
