What skills and experience we're looking for

Return to Learning (R2L) Co-ordinator

Permanent position to start on 22nd August 2024

5 days per week: 8:35am - 3:10pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, term time only plus a balance of 12 hours to attend training days and other events that may take place outside normal working hours.

Grade 7 (Pt 11-14): £24,708 - £25,983 FTE

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Return to Learning Co-ordinator to work closely with students as an alternative to suspension to ensure effective learning takes place with the aim of enabling them to ‘Return to Learning’ within mainstream classes as soon as possible and achieve acceptable levels of behaviour.

We would like from you:

  • To have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To have GCSE A*-C or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • To be a team player with loads of energy and enthusiasm.
  • To have the ability to make a significant contribution to the personal development and progression of our students.
