Part of the WMAT, Aspire Academy is a special school for children with SEMH identified as their primary need. As the school grows, with an exciting £2m development we are looking to appoint an outstanding EHCP Reviews Manager. The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of the EHCP reviews across the school developing highly effective processes alongside senior colleagues. 

This role is perfect for a those with experience of delivering and improving EHCP review processes or someone who has a passion for supporting vulnerable children and an enthusiasm to learn. 

The successful candidate will: 

  • Be experienced and/or interested in SEN practices and provision with extensive knowledge of how to meet the needs of pupils with SEN or the capacity to gain this quickly
  • Be experienced in developing and implementing effective processes
  • Have excellent communication skills and build positive relationships with young people and their families
  • Be flexible, proactive and positive
