Our amazing special school is growing - we need you to be part of our wonderful team!

We are recruiting Risk Reduction mentors. This is an exciting new role designed to support children and young people who are risk of exclusion or who struggle to engage with education and require a bespoke package to support them to be successful.

You will be part of a Risk Reduction team, designing off-site provision to remove the barriers to engagement and work with the child / young person to build their confidence and self-esteem, helping them learn how to manage their own behaviour and regulate their emotions in a safe way.

You will love the outdoors and are creative and flexible, seeing learning opportunities in any environment.
