Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs, nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment? Join our vibrant team at Blagdon Nursery School, located in the heart of Whitley in Reading.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to lead a team working with children in our moderate needs resource base for children with social and communication needs in our Apple Pips Resource.

As a Level 3 room leader, you will play a key role in shaping the early development of children aged 3-5. Your responsibilities will include taking the lead with the planning and implementation of care routines whilst ensuring that the children receive a balanced and extensive curriculum as well as maintaining strong communication with parents and colleagues.

The successful candidate will be:
- Qualified to level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare with SENDCO accreditation, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience
