What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to work alongside our Snowflake’s Coordinator in leading the team and working as a key person in our highly regarded nursery school from September 2024.

34.75 Hours per week (8.45am to 4.00pm – Tuesdays until 5.00pm) - Term Time only + 5 Inset Days – Permanent

As a Level 3 room leader, you will play a key role in shaping the early development of children aged 3-5. Your responsibilities will include taking the lead with the planning and implementation of care routines whilst ensuring that the children receive a balanced and extensive curriculum as well as maintaining strong communication with parents and colleagues.

  • Qualified to level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare with SENDCO accreditation, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience
