What skills and experience we're looking for
St Nicholas Primary Church School is keen to appoint an efficient, flexible and personable Safeguarding and Child Protection Coordinator to join our friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated team.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Committed to providing and leading high quality safeguarding
- Be dedicated to contributing to the wider life of the school including through provided training and CPD to staff
- Communicate with children, parents and a wide range of professionals around keeping children safe.
- Work effectively with the SLT and safeguarding team to keep children safe.
- Work closely and confidentiality with the SENCO to assist her through admin support
- Be committed to supporting the Christian ethos of the school
