What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking someone to join our excellent safeguarding team.

We are looking for someone who is well organised, caring, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, has strong administrative skills and who relishes the challenge of working and supporting young people.

What the school offers its staff

The role will involve working with students from all years, often with those young people who are most vulnerable and in need of support. This is a highly rewarding and at times, a challenging role. Experience of working with young people in a similar role or within an educational background, would be an advantage but not essential.
