What skills and experience we're looking for
To support the Pupil Support Team and Wellbeing and Safeguarding Team with administration tasks required to safeguard and support the children and young people at Exeter a Learning Community.

Responsibilities:
- To provide general administrative support for the Safeguarding Team and Pupil Support Team
- Support with the input of safeguarding information and documents into the CPOMS system
- To maintain students safeguarding files and uphold confidentiality at all times
- Take minutes of safeguarding meetings ensuring accurate records are kept
- To prepare Year 6, and other pupil leaver, documentation for transfer
- To undertake any other administrative tasks if required.
