Safeguarding Manager job summary
The Governors are looking to appoint an individual with a person-centered approach who are passionate about ensuring safeguarding is at the heart of what they do? The candidate will be the recognised point of contact for the school safeguarding matters and will provide support, guidance and advice to colleagues to protect the welfare of children at risk.
The successful candidates will play a key role in both strategic leadership and operational delivery of the school’s safeguarding policy and procedures.
Significant experience of working within a safeguarding role and with young people who are in secondary education is a benefit for this role.
The successful candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence.
