Safeguarding Manager job summary

We are looking for highly organised and innovative team player who is motivated and committed to the success of the Academy. If you can provide efficient and proactive quality assurance support to the Safeguarding team, then you will be successful here at The Nicholas Hamond Academy.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in compliance and auditing within a safeguarding setting. You will provide effective quality assurance to ensure the compliance of procedures related to statutory policies in safeguarding of children and young people. We are looking for a person who can offer effective communication skills to liaise closely, and collaborate with, staff throughout our Academy and external agencies and Partnerships.
