Salary: £37,764 - £43,044 (FTE)
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and meticulous individual to work as part of our busy and incredibly strong safeguarding team.
The person appointed will need to provide a high quality, responsive service to students faced with welfare and safeguarding issues, and support the schools safeguarding duties day to day. You will provide timely, relevant support and advice in order to safeguard students, making external referrals to a range of agencies, as and when appropriate. You will also work alongside our multi-agency partners within health, children’s services, the police and voluntary agencies to plan, deliver and review intervention plans to support our most vulnerable young people. You will need to maintain constructive relationships with parents/carers when exchanging information, facilitating their support for their child’s wellbeing and supporting home to school links
As a key member of the school's pastoral team you will work alongside an experienced safeguarding leader and report to the Deputy Headteacher and designated safeguarding leader.
