The successful application will be responsible for the day to day coordination and management of safeguarding, as well as acting as Lead professional for the Family Support Process where child protection concerns have been raised.
You will need to have excellent initiative and communication skills and be able to deal methodically with unexpected problems and situations. You will be required to liaise, meet and plan with other agencies and staff as requested and ensure provision of relevant CPD on Child Protection as part of the ongoing induction programme for all staff.
