What skills and experience we're looking for

The PRIDE Academy is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to monitor and report on whole-school attendance data, analysing data to identify key areas of concern. To work closely with pupils, staff, parents and carers to reduce levels of absence, and act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue.

Also to provide an effective and confidential comprehensive administrative support to the School Business Manager and Principal, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school.

  • GCSE Maths & English
  • Customer service experience
  • Arbor experience

  • Attendance monitoring and reporting
  • Safeguarding experience
