6 hours 30 minutes per day + 30 minutes lunch break

You’ll be carrying out the role in a primary school that takes pride in its family feel and warm and welcoming environment and staff team. Our wonderful children help to provide the motivation for us in a busy but rewarding role.

We are looking to appoint a part-time school administration assistant to work in our busy school office alongside another administrator. You will join our supportive and welcoming school family and be able to build relationships with the children, parents, staff, and outside agencies. You will have a friendly and approachable manner and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for a varied range of school administrative tasks, which will include routine clerical, administrative, and financial support to the school, more details of which are shown on the job description. Some experience of working in a school office would be desirable, but on-the-job training and development will be given.
