What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an administrator to join our support team. You will be the ‘face’ and voice of our Airy Hill family, alongside our part time school secretary. You will be joining a highly motivated and dedicated staff team in a warm and welcoming school.

No two days will be the same: you will deal with a wide range of tasks and situations. These range from communicating with parents, handling finances, arranging trips and visits, as well as working with staff and other agencies.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our school runs smoothly.

This role is not exclusively for those who have worked administration duties for a school environment before, candidates who have worked in other sectors are encouraged to apply.

You will need experience of:

  • Working in an office environment
  • Paperwork systems
  • Having strong communication skills – face to face, over the phone and via email
  • Having an understanding and ability to follow confidentiality which is essential
