Compass Point Primary is a diverse and welcoming school in the heart of Bedminster, part of the Excalibur Learning Trust.
We are a single form entry school (of around 200 children) with a Resource Base for children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, a Nursery for 3 and 4 year olds plus breakfast and after school clubs. In November 2022 we were awarded a ‘Good’ rating by Ofsted.
We take pride in our inclusive ethos. As well as providing high quality education we help our children develop life skills for the future.

We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, experienced administrator to join our existing administration team to specifically support our Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to achieve the school’s strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working in an administrative environment
- Demonstrate good numeracy, literacy, communication and IT skills
- Use initiative and be self-motivated and be able to plan and prioritise their own workload
- Enjoy working as part of a hard-working and committed team
