Job Title: School Administrator

Location: Oakfield Academy

Working Hours: 32.5 Hours, Monday - Friday, 08:00 to 15:30 – 1 hour unpaid break per day

Working Weeks: Term Time Only, INSET days + 1 Week (40 working weeks)

Salary: Grade C

Starting: 01.09.24

We are looking to recruit a friendly, committed and self motivated individual to join our team.

We are looking for someone who;

  • can work as part of a team
  • has a positive and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • has outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • has excellent organisational skills
  • has general administrative experience
  • is able to think strategically, plan ahead and stick to deadlines
  • is computer literate with experience using as Microsoft Software and undertaking digital administration
  • understands what safeguarding means in the context of working in a school

Previous experience working in a school is desirable but not essential as training will be given
